Chief Executive Officer
In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Srikanth works closely with the Board of Trustees and Governing Board in drawing up Janaagraha’s strategy and maintains oversight over Janaagraha’s day to day operations. Prior to this role. Srikanth was Coordinator-Advocacy and Reforms covering Janaagraha’s city-systems reform initiatives.
Srikanth is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and prior to Janaagraha worked with Standard Chartered Bank and KPMG.
Coordinator - Planning & Development
Partha has a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Calcutta University and 26 Years of Leadership experience managing domestic and international markets for Dunlop, PepsiCo, The Discovery Channel, Greenpeace International and The Akshaya Patra Foundation. His key strengths are in managing start-up operational set-ups, developing new businesses and franchising. Janaagraha’s revenue model is grants and donations and as Head of Fund Raising, Partha’s role is to forge and manage partnerships with Corporates, Foundations and Bilateral Agencies to ensure Janaagraha’s financial sustainability.
Partha’s non work interests lie in Reading, Classical Music, Swimming and Aviation.
Coordinator - Civic Participation
Sapna is the coordinator of Civic Participation. Sapna joined Janaagraha right from its inception fifteen years ago. In her time at Janaagraha, she has worked in various citizen campaigns in the early years and with government in technology related interventions. She has also anchored HR & Volunteer Management for ten years. Prior to joining Janaagraha, she spent five years in the Information Technology field.

Sylvia has over 23 years of work experience in organisations like Mindtree and Wipro, playing roles such as a developer, project manager, head of the testing practice and process evangelist. Sylvia is also a member of the ISO/IEC JTC7 Working Group 26 software Testing. As part of this, she is a co-editor of the new ISO/IEC 29119 Software Testing standard.
Prior to joining Janaagraha, Sylvia was Vice President Testing Practice at Mindtree where she played the role of a Process Evangelist and headed the Delivery Enablement for the Testing Business Unit.
It has been a long time dream of Sylvia’s to contribute back to the society in some way, and she hopes to achieve this through Janaagraha. She is an avid reader, apart from which she dabbles with paint in her free time.
Maj. Gen. K R Prasad
Maj. Gen. K R Prasad retired from the Indian Army. He taught Military Law and Police duties to Corps of Military Police. In addition, he was the Director of the Defence Institute of Quality Assurance, Bangalore. In his spare time, he teaches yoga, enjoys reading and music and is known for his funny bone.
