Yuva Janaagraha

Yuva Janaagraha is aimed at creating a genuine interest in the youth about citizenship and to enable them become active citizens willing to engage with the government through various activities & projects. The program is based on the belief that the youth today will be our leaders tomorrow. They comprise a section of individuals who hold immense potential in resolving the issues that plague the country and must be oriented to engage proactively and acknowledge their identity and their role as citizens.

Through our activities, we attempt to achieve the following:

•  To orient the youth towards identifying civic & social issues and acknowledging their role as citizens capable of creating change.

•  Create willingness to get involved in creating change through constant engagement with the government.

Yuva Janaagraha experiments with different approaches in getting the youth interested in issues of public policy and governance. In order to tap their interest, we try to get them involved through creative & interesting activities and projects which they enjoy as well.

Our focus areas are Creating Awareness among the youth and Civic Projects which give the volunteers grassroots experience.
