Public transport adoption

Many companies currently meet a certain portion of their employee transport requirements by hiring BMTC services. The adoption of these services is limited as the timings are fixed. Hence a service with higher frequency from multiple points of the city to major employment centres in Volvo buses should increase adoption.

CityConnect member Mr. Nagarajan, CEO of 24/7 Customer, has proposed to start a pilot program at the Embassy Golf Links Business Park. This will involve the participation of more companies based out of the campus. A similar model exists in ITPL, and it shall be used for CityConnect's initial survey.
