traffic in peak time

Hey Beloved citizens. Do you not think the normal traffic guards(except sergons) are not capable to maintain such a huge traffic in peak hours?! They are having all modern devices like walki in their hands but no brain to apply the way to move traffic smoothly. Everyday on every more in kolkata is jampacked though we have lots of roads. Its time to redifine our traffic route and map so that everyone can reach their destination in proper time. what do u think?
