Janaagraha Times
Janaagraha Times is our monthly newsletter. It reaches a wide reading audience comprising community members, associations and institutions, eager to follow the progress in matters of public governance and people participation. We aim to make this a more widey read newsletter and recognise community champions and all other change agents, whether institutions, volunteers or representatives from government. Ultimately the vision is to record successful practices in the field of citizen participation and good governance; and give people a space to record their views, struggles and achievements. It is also to strengthen the linkages between citizens and their local level government representatives.
To strengthen the scope and reach of our communication, all messaging is bilingual (English and Kannada).
This publication captures information and news from our programmes, our partners, volunteers, and brings in citizen voices and their engagements with local government representatives. An electronic version of the Janaagraha Times also goes out to a large database of citizens who have come into contact with Janaagraha over the past four years.
