Zoning and Land Use Conversions
• Discuss the planning needs of your neighbourhood as part of the Master Plan for the region and the city.
• Submit your area's planning requirements to the Town planning department, BMP.
• Review the City plan - City Development Plan and provide your suggestions to the Town Planning department.
• Ensure that the municipal budget is consistent with the plan.
• Ensure enforcement of the zoning and land-use parameters defined in the city plan
