Building Violations and Land Encroachment

The BMP is the concerned agency. Assistant Executive Engineers (AEE) at the Sub-Divisional offices of the BMP are the concerned authority. The Zonal Joint Commissioners (ZJC) of the BMP will, depending on the nature of the query, be able to provide information on which AEE needs to be contacted. The numbers of the ZJCs are:

The zones for the purpose of regulating building constructions can be ascertained from the BDA Town Planning Department. The Number is 23443206.

Land Encroachment

The Special task force at the Recovery Cell of the BDA can be contacted at 23364227 with any information that will help them acquire encroached or illegally acquired property.

Also, the Zonal Joint Commissioners (ZJC) of the BMP, in cases where the land belongs to the BMP, may be contacted at the numbers given above.
