The Annual Survey of India’s City-Systems (ASICS) assesses the quality of governance in cities by examining the fabric of their laws, policies, institutions, and institutional processes that collectively shape their city-systems. These city systems serve as the bedrock upon which a high quality of life is constructed. This report offers a glimpse into the findings of an ASICS evaluation specific to Dehradun.
