In early 2015, 63 eighth-grade students from Bangalore schools roamed their neighborhoods, cameras in hand. They photographed aspects of daily life that impacted them, from footpaths to garbage heaps. Subsequently, they discussed their likes and dislikes about the city with Janaagraha researchers. This picture book showcases their photos and conversations, offering a unique perspective on their quality of life in Bangalore. Read more in “Bangalore: A Child’s View.”
