To gauge the extent of Voter List Management (VLM) issues within urban areas of India, Janaagraha conducted a nationwide study focused on Booth Level Officers (BLOs). Our goal was to create a comprehensive overview of the VLM process. This study combines our prior research efforts in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Thiruvananthapuram with additional research conducted in these cities and extends to 181 additional urban centers across India.
