This report is part of Janaagraha’s research series dedicated to quantifying and addressing voter list errors. The study commences by evaluating the quality and availability of BLO information, followed by an assessment of citizen access to BLOs and the quality of assistance they provide. The systematic examination aims to identify and address issues surrounding voter list management in the urban district of Chennai.
