In 2017, Janaagraha conducted the Public Toilet Quality Score Survey, which involved an assessment encompassing 10 questions for both male and female public toilets. To guarantee the precision of the gathered data, geo-tagged photographs were utilized as validation tools, and in instances where inconsistencies arose, surveys were reiterated.
