The Annual Survey of India’s City-Systems provides an unbiased assessment of the state of our City-Systems, comparing them to those of some of the world’s finest cities. In parallel, the Voice of India’s Citizens (VOICE) survey offers a reality check by gauging citizens’ perceptions and desires. We anticipate that, with time, this City-Systems Survey will evolve into a potent indicator for evaluating the political vision and government leadership in our individual cities.
