Ensuring the successful implementation of the Bala-Janaagraha curriculum depends on the proficiency and effectiveness of the program facilitators. Achieving this requires a thorough grasp of the curriculum content and adeptness in employing interactive teaching methodologies. Hence, within the monitoring and evaluation structure of the Bala-Janaagraha program, the assessment of facilitators plays a pivotal role.
Bala Janaagraha – Facilitator Assessment Report 2016 outlines the evaluation of the knowledge proficiency of all facilitators assigned to instruct the 2016-17 Bala-Janaagraha program, encompassing both new and experienced facilitators. The evaluation focused on the curriculum content outlined in the ‘I change my city’ resource book. To gauge the facilitators’ grasp of the content, two assessments were administered. The initial assessment was completed by all facilitators, while the secondary assessment was specifically assigned to those who scored below the average on the first evaluation and to the newcomers to the program. Facilitators requiring the second assessment received additional training and support to enhance their comprehension of the curriculum.
