Main Report: Survey on the Quality of Voter Lists in Delhi
2015
Main Report – Surveyon the Quality of VoterLists in Delhi

The Quality of Lists Study (QoL) was an initiative by Janaagraha to enhance the accuracy of voter lists in urban centers across India. In the lead-up to the 2015 assembly elections in Delhi, this study provided objective insights into the challenges faced by Delhi’s voter lists. It focused on identifying deletions (individuals erroneously listed) and omissions (individuals missing from the list).

The study employed a dual approach: Voter List-Centric for capturing deletions and Citizen-Centric for addressing omissions. It engaged with over 6,000 citizens across Delhi, ensuring a comprehensive and representative assessment. Please read the detailed report for more information.
