The first MyCityMyBudget 2023-24 campaign was launched in Kalaburagi, in collaboration with the Kalaburagi Mahanagara Palike (KMP). The campaign was spearheaded by the Kalaburagi Ward Samiti Balaga, a citizen collective. Over a period of 11 days, 3,000 citizen inputs were collected from all 55 wards spread across 3 zones of the city. Well-lit, safe streets with signages and proper drainage and public toilets emerged as key priority areas for citizens.  The report is a comprehensive summary of the campaign, its findings, and next steps.
